Secondary: Assignment Central - Using the Web to Improve Class Communication

Have an abundance of information to share with your students, but unsure of how to share it without making mountains of copies? Tired of breaking your back carrying piles of paperwork to and from home?
  • Learn new ways to share documents and discussions with students in a safe and protected environment.
  • Discover ways for students to turn in digital assignments at school or at home.
  • Learn how to control the information your students receive when you have a substitute.
  • Gather tools for organizing your personal resources online.
Among other things, we will be exploring Edmodo, Screencasting, Podcasting, Wikis, Websites, and online file storage sites for you and your students.

March 22nd 4:30 to 5:30 at WHS

Just a few reminders:

  • Please remember to remind your students what your expectation of their behavior is before using these sites.
  • These sites were free whenever this wiki was made, but this could be subject to change. We hope this doesn't become the case.
  • Your principal needs to know what web tools you are using in the classroom. Please remember to fill out the form in Eduphoria about Web Presence in the classroom before beginning new projects.
